My inspirations and biggest influence

In this post I would like to share the things and people that had the biggest influence on my art so far.

Gorillaz and Jamie C. Hewlett's style had probably the biggest impact on my style. I loved his characters being so rebellious and dark but still had a certain charm that I loved so much. Thanks, mr. Hewlett! <3

Lora Zombie. I'd been following her art on Deviantart before she even started using watercolors and became immensely popular among young people. Her very well made Gorillaz fanart was the reason that drew my attention, but after a while I realized what a talented girl she was.

Adventure Time! At first you may think it's just an ordinary show for kids but, jokes on you, it's not. It's about a postapocaliptic world with all sorts of creepy, cute, dark and funny creatures. Finn, the only human in this world and his buddy Jake the dog go on adventures and help the citizens of Ooo when they're in trouble. The surprising thing is that this show talks about very adult topics.

FRIENDS. Their art and their individual styles never fail to inspire me to create art. I admire Redkat's art , because it's so much different from mine. It's colorful, happy and full of imagination. And then there's Vesna's art , my ex-classmate from high school. I've seen her draw almost everyday. She's immensely talented and very harsh to herself.

That's it for now. Have a nice day :)
